Jesus is_____.

Finish the sentence...
The possibilities are endless.

I came across a new website last week.  Jesus-is.org.  I've found myself continually having this site up on a tab whenever my computer is turned on, and I will just sit there and watch the change up of the boxes.  I love that Jesus is something different for each and every person.  We all have our own, personal, relationship with Jesus. My problem is...I need more than one box.
Here are some that stuck out to me:

Jesus is never far.
Jesus is answering my prayers.
Jesus is father.
Jesus is especially fond of me.
Jesus is righteousness.
Jesus is alive.
Jesus is radiant.
Jesus is who you need to submit to.
Jesus is loving people through people.
Jesus is changing my perspective.
Jesus is my savior.
Jesus is with me.
Jesus is all I ever need
Jesus is the one who can heal all broken hearts.
Jesus is preparing a place for me.
Jesus is a miracle maker.
Jesus is more than enough.
Jesus is my focus.
Jesus is the author of my soul.
Jesus is everything in this life worth living for.

No amount of words could ever suffice to explain what Jesus is to me.

"The love of God is greater far than tongue or pen could ever tell"

Fork in the Road

Lately I have been thinking about decisions we make in life and how they shape who we become. Each and every choice we make sort of results in a new person if you think about it. If I had taken the other option, how would my life be different right now?

What if I never went to Ferris?
What if I never met my best friend?
What if my parents never got divorced?
What if I never knew Jesus?
What if I never went on my trip to Zambia?

The lists literally goes on and on, and it will continue to do so.
It bewilders me to think of what type of person I would have become.
Sometimes I think I would be "happier", other times not.
The one thing I do know for sure though is this...

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
